Crystal announces price increase in Antifoams/Defoamers
Crystal Inc.-PMC is raising prices on all grades and
packages of antifoams/ defoamers by 7% effective September 27,
2004. The increase includes all products under the Crystal Surtech
trade name.

Crystal anounces price increase in Waxes, Cable fill,
Petrolatum and Metallic Stearates
Crystal Inc.-PMC is raising prices on all grades of waxes, cable
filling compounds, blended waxes, and petrolatum by $.02 / lb
effective August 30, 2004. The increase includes products under
the CrystalWax, CrystalPet, and CrystalGel trade name.
Crystal Inc.-PMC is raising prices on all grades of sodium and
potassium stearate by
$.05 / lb effective August 30, 2004.

PMC Group Completes
Purchase of ExxonMobil North American Wax Emulsion Business
Lansdale, Pennsylvania January 3, 2005 –
Crystal Inc.-PMC, a wholly owned subsidiary of PMC Group Incorporated
has completed the purchase of the North American Wax Emulsion
business, carrying such well established trademarks as Mobilcer®
and Mulrex®, from ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, Fairfax, VA,
and ExxonMobil Mexico S.A. de R.L. de C.V. Crystal Inc.-PMC
has extensive experience and technology in the wax emulsion
industry and is well equipped to supply customers with the high
level of quality and service that they expect from a market
leader. In addition to the market leading technologies and products
sold under the trademarks Mobilcer® and Mulrex®, Crystal
will shortly introduce complementary technologies for use in
other specialty markets under the Crystal™ tradename.
